Here's how you do the Monstrosity. First, stand with your feet together. Now move your left foot {An Adverb} to the side.
Now {A Verb} your right foot {A Number} times and put your hands on your partner's {A Plural Noun}.
Next, you both {A Verb} slowly to the right and bend your {A Part of the Body} backward. Now for the next eight counts, both of you {A Verb} {An Adverb} to the left.
Next, you and your partner stand back-to-back and wiggle your {A Plural Noun} and slap your {Another Plural Noun} together and shout, "{A Nonsence Word}!"
Now, {A Verb} backward and repeat the whole thing {A Number} times. If you feel that you can't learn this dance, you can always {A Verb} the next one out.
